Coping with stress Re: confused about cortef..

yeah it's funny. I got another doctor to help me with the script for

10mg Cortef so, along with the ACE, it would help me to be able to

get over to Seattle; I mean I was really wondering how on earth I was

even going to be able to make the trip. And I'm just over here in

Central Oregon!

All I can think is that the combination of moving back from my remote

pristine world of the Northern New Mexico Rockies to " America " and

all the chemical scents, resins and hydrocarbons that come with it

along with starting chelation along with these bizarre interactions

with intense people who, from my point of view, are from outer space,

has really caused me to nose-dive. I wasn't like this a year ago, I

thought I was waay over the hump when I escaped from California to

New Mexico in the first place. Thought I was done suffering.

Despite all this I'm thrilled to know that I'm finally on the road to

real recovery, not just some bandaid or escape this time. I've not

managed my energy wisely in the past, got used to running on

adrenaline like so many others here. There are bound to be some bumps

along the path.

Few people in the modern world are forced, as we are, to just stop

everything and confront themselves, the honest naked core of what's

going on. And change it. It's a real art developing the kind of body

awareness we have to have...

This group is invaluable.
