Guest guest
If his blood counts are down you want COOKED PEELED veggies and fruits to kill any bacteria that might be on the skin BUT I do believe it is ok to eat them. But DO check. Narice
Guest guest
I am so sorry that your brother is dealing with this. He would be better eating more vegetables and peeled fruits. He really needs to sit down and talk this over with his doctor and tell him/her what he should be eating and what he needs to avoid. It sounds like to me that somehow he had misunderstood some information somehow. His doctor needs to talk to him and explain things to him better. Hopefully others on this board can give you more input on this. Ingrid > > Hi. My brother has colon cancer with mets in the liver. He is taking > erbitux and campazar, and sometimes Avastin.
