Your hairtest shows high lead. You need DMSA to reduce the lead and I don't think four rounds is enough before adding ALA for you. How do you feel about this option. What I've learnt from many on this group, is the slower the better. I was also high lead (settled in my bones)Pain, cramps, numbness, etc is now all done. Took me about 2 years on DMSA before I can now tolerate 3,6mg ALA. Nect round I'm trying 4mg :-) ALA. If you have hardly any symptoms, stay on that dose for a while. Good luck on the choice you make Dudley. or start the > ALA after one more round at say 6.25mgs And keep the DMSA @ 6.25mgs. > And after 3-4rounds increase one or the other. > Or gradually increase the DMSA and just use this for quite a few more > months before adding ALA.I do want to start ALA as soon as possible > because i am so desperate to get rid of these unreality feelings as i > have had them for over a year and a half now. > As usual i am procrastinating about things i never used to be like > this before my national health service dentist poisoned me. > > Any advice would be great. thanks Dudley. > > > ------------------------------------ > >
