===========Dudley, this is the option I would choose if I was you.

Your hairtest shows high lead. You need DMSA to reduce the lead and I don't

think four rounds is enough

before adding ALA for you. How do you feel about this option.

What I've learnt from many on this group, is the slower the better.

I was also high lead (settled in my bones)Pain,cramps,numbness,etc is now

all done. Took me about 2 years on DMSA before I can now tolerate 3,6mg ALA.

Nect round I'm trying 4mg :-) ALA. If you have hardly any symptoms, stay on

that dose for a while.

or start the
