Organizing the links section

I noticed when looking through the links section that we have folders

such as " lab work " and " testing " with some links to various labs and

tests, and then we have individual links to labs lower down outside

the folders.

Do people find it easier to find things if they are in the folders? or

if they are outside of the folders?

I feel that there is some need to do some organization in the links

and files sections because people still have difficulty finding

things, like even links to Andy's books (and I'll do a bit of

organization as I find the time).
