Feeling tired and depressed

Hi Group,

I'd like to know if anyone feels like I do. I'm in PA which is experiencing high humidity. I have much to do but just don't feel like doing anything. What do folks do when feeling this way. I feel guilty because things have to get done but I just don't feel like doing anything.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.
