Guest guest
Some background information. I'm 22 now and I've had 10 amalgams replaced by the IAOMT protocol about 2 1/2 years ago...because I had all the symptoms of mercury toxicity. I used a infrared sauna somewhat often afterwards...probably at least 50 times since removal...if not more. I eat a very nourishing diet (traditional, WAPF). My symptoms are getting better but finally decided to try more chelation... So I've been experimenting with low dose (~30mg) ALA chelating every 3 hours. I don't like to wake up in the middle of the night, as sleep is extremely important to my well being and I don't always fall back asleep easily, so I was doing 12 hours on, 12 hours off. It seems to be working fine and I'm not getting bad symptoms...actually feel great after 4 days of this. I'm going to take two days off just for a break though... Would this be much different that 4 days on and 3 days off? Why? I'm still giving my body a break equal to the amount of time I take it...so I don't see what the problem would be...but just wanted to see if anyone could think of a reason why this wouldn't be a good way to do it. Thanks! -
Guest guest
Hi , I'm sorry to tell you that skipping nights is a very bad idea. Since there is a lot of chelation experience behind this group, your question has been asked and answered several times. You may want to search the answer for yourself using onibasu.com. If you check there the groups autism-mercury, frequent-dose-chelation and adult-metal-chelation and run, for example, the search chelat* night* +from:andycutler you will readily find some relevant messages like for example http://onibasu.com/archives/am/56003.html http://onibasu.com/archives/amc/25617.html Hope this may help, > > Some background information.
