2nd hair test interesting

Hi Everyone,

I had a second hair test done from Direct Labs, a year after the first

one. While i still meet counting rule #4, there are some interesting

changes which demonstrate that some things are working.

1. My copper levels came WAY down. They were as high as it goes (to

the edge red), and are now well down into the plus green. This shows

that the molybdenum/zinc combo Andy recommends to lower copper REALLY

works, because i have been taking it every day. I have been chelating

all this time with ALA + DMSA, mostly with equal time on and off

rounds, except the last 2 months when I've chelated once each month.

Plus, I've not particularly avoided copper-rich foods. Being

vegetarian, a lot of what i eat has copper. But I have avoided copper

supplementation. So, it seems to work even while taking ALA and eating

lots of almonds!

2. My lead, arsenic, and aluminum levels were too high, but now came

down significantly. Still a ways to go especially with the aluminum

and lead. All i did here was quit aluminum-containing deodorant. So

the ALA/DMSA combo seems to be working on the lead and arsenic, slowly

but surely. Since exposure sources for these were unknown, there was

no way to eliminate them.

3. Mercury was zero in the first test, but I got a little bit of a bar

into the green this time for merc. I'm taking that as a positive sign

that it's at least being excreted, or it wouldn't have gone into the

hair. Is that accurate, knowledgeable ones?

4. The only bad news is that the cal/mag and sodium/potassium bars go

even further in opposite directions this time, indicating worse

adrenal problems. This is after being on hydrocortisone for over a

year. I know my worst problem at this point is adrenal, but am stumped

what else to do -- i've taken all the advise for healing adrenals

including no sugar or caffeine, plenty rest, etc, watching glycemic

index of foods. Anyone have further ideas?

5. Strangely, my zinc and magnesium levels have fallen lower, since i

have been supplementing them. I guess i just need more.

thanks and any knowledge shared is most welcome!
