Guest guest
I seem to have alot less yeast problems since taking apple cider vinegar before meals.. 1 tbsp in a cup of water. \ I had avoided all vinegars before and did awfully with them.. Then a doctor and a freind in the same week recommeded it .. I had an awful first day die off. I mean awful.. BUt I knew about die off symptoms so stuck with it . By the second day I was great and my digeston better ..Since being on this I can tolerate some sugars and sweets , alot of the time.. IT does get worse if my liver is down.. but I now know to up my NAC and that gets it back. For some reason the apple vinegar is totally different and it dose not work with any other of the vinegars.. nanci > > Hi, im having really bad problems with yeast it makes no difference if > im chelating or taking a break it seems to be just as bad. > > I have a really white coating on tonuge, im reduced to eating salad's > (so a totally yeast free diet) and i sometimes i get yeast infection of > the penis. > > I've tried every anti funal possible with no die off whatsoever, > currently im taking GSE and nystatin for yeast with no effect tbh. Guest guest
A few notes from Amalgam Illness that may or may not help: Forskolin deactivates neutrophils (p. 152). People who address their adrenal insufficiency will experience a reduction in yeast problems (p,. 119). Kris H.
