Hi ,

It does sound like a gall-bladder spasm.

The way to test for sure is to take some Epsom salts as soon as you have an

attack, about 1/2 - 1 tablespoon in some water. (if you have eaten recently

then take less as it can make you feel nauseas if it is mixed with food).

The Epsom salts relaxes the bile ducts and is part of the famous liver and

gallbladder flush of Dr (which Andy dissuades in mercury toxic

people). I have through my own choice decided to do them in the past and was

blown away during the first few cleanses by the size and number of stones

that were removed. If you have been taking milk thistle you will initiate

bile flow, this can move a stone/or many stones into a tight position and

the bile ducts will spasm around it.

This also causes neck/base of skull and right shoulder blade referral?

If you confirm that the pain is bile duct/gall stone related you'll have to

make a decision about whether you believe a flush is indicated for you

despite it going against Andy's protocol, which I guess becomes a question

for another list?

Hi ,

Whenever my wife tries milk thistle, it causes liver ache/discomfort

and fatigue that grows over a period of days/weeks. Glycine and

taurine does the same thing too, but lecithin has been helpful.
