You need a doctor's note or prescription. This has been reported before, but I don't believe it turned out to be true. I remember someone challenging Kirkman's on this, and it turned out that a note/prescription was not necessary. Can someone else confirm/deny this? >The lowest dose capsules they sell of ALA or DMSA alone are 25 mg, but they do sell the combo capsule with 12.5 mg each, as well as a combo with 25 mg each. That's a great thing to know, thanks. >I have been using the 12.5 combo capsules, which are very convenient. Yes. >The only time I have to divide a capsule is at the end of the round, where I have been taking half of a 25 mg DMSA-only capsule for my last two doses. Kirkman's puts flavoring in the DMSA, so the powder tastes good -- I don't put it into empty capsules. Thanks for letting us know. Dave.
