Thanks, Kris.

I have been taking Vit D, about 2000IU per day. Was taking 8000IU per

day for a while, per my D.C.'s recommendation. A test last year

showed low levels of Vit D.

What dose does the reference you cited recommend?

Thanks,

Darren

Sorry Darren, sounds like vitamin D is not the solution.

As notes, there was some confusion between " rounds "

and " days " .

I'm expecting to chelate half time for three years, based on the

symptoms on p. 131 plus my intention to err on the side of low doses,

and although I hope to see progress in a year, it may not happen.

Regarding vitamin D, I'm not sure of all the nuances in the dosing

recommendation. I take 2000 - 3000 IU (plus 20,000-25,000 IU of

vitamin A plus vitamin K) and wonder about adding another 1000 since

I have a yeast problem that may be blocking vitamin D.
