Possible West-Coast get-together...

Hi all you Californians...and thanks to Ken O. for working on this!

What about the Carmel/Monterey area? It's cool, beautiful, has the

aquarium, 17-mile drive, beach, whale sight-seeing boat trips,

Steinbeck museum, etc. If it is mid-week, you can get some decent room

rates (under $100/nite)...or San Francisco? Just thoughts... If we have a

group, perhaps we can get a better rate.
