Guest guest
Hello everyone I have been a lurker for the most part for the last couple of weeks. I have tried to keep up the flow of traffic but you know how that goes. So sorry to hear when friends are struggling and nice to here of travels and adventures. I have been coming of prednisone for the last 4 months and I am down to 2 mg a day but wow what long road that was. I sure wished I had had ALL the info before I took that first pill. I finally ordered my o2 monitor should be here tomorrow or Saturday, I think on and off my sats might be dropping a bit. I have a PFT, HRCT and a Plumo apt in a few weeks not sure if I am going back to the doc or not. Depends on what the o2 monitor tells me. I try to remember that “Hope is some extraordinary spiritual grace that God gives us to control our fears, not to oust them.†My daughter sent me this and I have it on my bathroom mirror I look at it everyday getting ready for work it just makes me smile. "I have heard there are troubles of more than one kind. Some come from ahead and some come from behind. But I've bought a big bat. I'm all ready you see.Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me!" Walt on Whidbey IPF,Nsip.Uip. 06 Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow.†
Guest guest
Welcome Walt and I love your little sayings that I have seen you post thats what keeps us going... I have always told people life is like a ball game sometimes it throws you curve balls and you have to learn how to hit them out of this ball park we call life.. hugs and keep on top of things. I post to freecycle about a pluse ox monitor and a quilt frame or pattern for one so will see what happens. merry
