I tried gfcf and kept messing it up. It's the dairy I'm sure but I don't

know if it's just lactose or everything in the milk. So I kind of hunt and

peek and if she gets the runs I know I've messed up.

I can't take out everything because my husband kept contaminating her with

pizza which is a staple and that toffuti is for the birds
