Guest guest
Darren -- I don't know -- it sounds like you are mobilizing but not excreting. In my opinion, Cutler seems to give short shrift to vitamin D. He mentions it of course, on p. 167, but omits it from abbreviated lists of supplements and doesn't discuss the relatively high doses needed (or the need to balance it with vitamin A and perhaps K). I guess I'd use the Weston A. Price material to dose these three vitamins. He does say (I can't find where) that some people need a high-fat diet and lots of vitamin D. (I'm one). p. 66 -- vitamin D supplements may increase metallothionein formation. On p. 105 -- excessive yeast growth can interfere with vitamin D metabolism in the liver. Kris H.
