Guest guest
Hi, All. I'm very reactive to sulphur foods and salicylates. I'm learning to do without these things and live much more comfortably without them. I want to try purslane because I read it is quite high in Essential Fatty Acids. Never had it before. I know it's not easy to find. Mexican markets ( " verdolago? " ) and Farmers Markets. It's currently in season. It's called a weed, but it's edible. It's a succulent. It's not on any of the most thorough lists I've obtained here. Is purslane okay? Should I chance it and see if I get a reaction?
