Food reactions--purslane okay?

Hi, All.

I'm very reactive to sulphur foods and salicylates. I'm learning to do without

these things and

live much more comfortably without them.

I want to try purslane because I read it is quite high in Essential Fatty Acids.

Never had it

before. I know it's not easy to find. Mexican markets ( " verdolago? " ) and Farmers

Markets. It's

currently in season.

It's called a weed, but it's edible. It's a succulent.

It's not on any of the most thorough lists I've obtained here.

Is purslane okay? Should I chance it and see if I get a reaction?
