Guest guest
Hi Merry- UCLA CHARGES YOU $10 to park if you are a patient???? Are you sure you can't get stickers that relieve you of the charge? I understand how scared you must be. I have had lab tests my doc wanted performed in January and I have never had it done just because I am so tired of being pricked and seeing doctors. All you can do is just hold your breath and pick up the phone and make the call. Sometimes when I have to do something onerous I think: What is the worst that can happen if I do such and such and then it becomes easier because you realize you can do it. I do understand how you hate to be poked and prodded though. Joyce Rudy AZ birds Just really scared I am not usually whiny or feel this way but I need to go back to UCLA Medical and it just scares the hell out of me. sorry dont mean to offend but I hate needles and exams and all the stuff they have put me through. had the lung biopsey with the draining tubes etc...hated it..I know this is needed but I am so shaky cannot make the call.any advice would be appreciate. I cannot seem to be myself over this..I know once I get there I will be my fiesty self its making that step plus my husband has to take off work and we have to rent a car and drive down to Lost Angels (yes i ment to spell it that way for its a lost city I feel) and then back. They charge you ten dollars to park and you have to walk. sorry I am just worried about using the money..merryI count not a day complete till needle, thread and fabric do meet.2009 will be mighty fine!Due to recent budget cuts and the rising cost of electricity, gas and oil,as well as current market conditions, the Light at the End of the Tunnel has been turned off. Guest guest
Merry, Also check with them at UCLA. You said something about having to walk long distances. Someone told me that there is a phone in the parking garage near the elevators or near the door and you can call and someone will meet you with a wheelchair. I think they were talking about 200 or 300 parking area, but possibly other areas also. You may have to make arrangements in advance.
