Guest guest
Dyane, Thanks for your support. My husband takes Lexapro now. It seems to have worked for him. I'm just so super sensitive to medications that it's always a trial and error situation. Z fibriotic NSIP/05 Z 65, fibriotic NSIP/05/PA And “mild” PH/10/07 and Reynaud’s too!! No, NSIP was not self-inflicted…I never smoked! Guest guest
Dyane, Again thanks for your input. Yes, with all the medications I take .. most of them to mitigate the side effects of the Prednisone that I'm on for life..adding another to the to the "walking chemistry experiment" is quite a task. The doctors take out their PDR's all the time to try and find drugs that will work with what I have to take daily. Sometimes they are right and sometimes they are not! Wish me luck! Here's good luck back at you!!! Z fibriotic NSIP/05 Z 65, fibriotic NSIP/05/PA And “mild” PH/10/07 and Reynaud’s too!! No, NSIP was not self-inflicted…I never smoked! Unfortunately I think the soy protein (actually the plant estrogens') in the Medifast that has allowed me to lose 26 lbs so far may be reacting with the Tamoxifen I take for the Her2+ breast cancer and that may be why I'm suddenly having massive drenching sweats all of a sudden. I just realized that today because I have always stayed away from soy since the bc dx. I actually hope its my thyroid or something else. Blood tests today for hormone levels and thyroid crap since the chest xray and cbc showed no infection. Wish me good results. My niece takes lexapro and it has done wonders for her. I have been on the "evil" paxil actually for 19 years now. Tried to switch to prozac a few years ago because paxil is the worst of course for weight gain and almost committed suicide. Nope me and paxil get along just fine. But I certainly understand how working with strong drugs can vary between people. My doctor actuall said one day that if asparin actuall had to go through all the tests drugs do now, it would have never been approved! Have a great night and a better morning Dyane Phoenix IPF 02 > > > > > > *Hello guys.*...I had my appointment with the psychiatrist today!
