In the back of AI, Andy describes how to do a prednisolone taper, so not sure if it would be done any different than an HC taper. I did do one HC taper with , but it was different than as described in AI. This is what I did with her, and I have no idea if one way is better than another. She had me take 60mg of HC every day for one week. The whole dose in the morning, all at one time. Then I dropped down to 40mg a day for another week. Then I dropped down to 20mg a day for the last week, always taking the whole dose at once, in the morning. I believe someone else who went to see did one, and she started her out on 80mg, if I remember right. So not sure how that is determined.
