Guest guest
Use natural deodorants, they make some with tea tree oil in them that work nicely. You do have to apply them a few times a day but this is better than plugging up the body with aluminum. You may want to try a sauna regularly as sometimes over sweating is a due to detoxing, so going in and sweating like mad for a while, then shower..and the rest of the day...you will sweat a bit less. I sweated a lot the first year or so of chelation, sometimes in my sleep. It has moderated down now to a normal level. (I know it's annoying, try to think of it as best you can, the body has to sweat to get all the junk out) -- In frequent-dose-chelation , " email4ebay2005 " wrote: > > I am wondering what I can do about over sweating. Guest guest
There is a natural anti-perspirant product you can try: Dry By Nature Deodorant. It's part of the Aroma Essence line made by Desert Essence. http://www.desertessence.com/pages/personalcare.html#aroma It works pretty well. Desert Essence has a store locator at their website. You can search just by state or by state and ZIP. Or you can buy online. Good luck! > > I am wondering what I can do about over sweating. Guest guest
Did your sweating get worse when you added or increased the thyroid support? Is it rx Naturethyroid with T4 in it? There was a recent mention on NTHA that excessive sweating can be a sign of RT3 problems. Jay > > I am wondering what I can do about over sweating. You could use one of those spray bottles that gives a fine mist filled with water, and spray yourself when you are hot. The water will evaporate and cool you so that there is less need for sweating. I learned this the hard way. I have to spray myself in the heat or I would not be able to get much done. I think it has to do with poor temperature regulation. The other thing is that sweating will remove some metals, so maybe it is a good thing. Guest guest
> I've heard when you're low on magnesium, you don't sweat. Since I've started high doses of magnesium, I now sweat a lot more.
