Not Dave here, but what we often tell people is that if you are having

mood related problems, you can try small amounts of supplemental

lithium. At some point in your recovery after you have gotten into

chelation, these things will get better and you won't need the

supplement. However, you have amalgams so you can't chelate yet and

need to manage symptoms. Have you tried essential fatty acids daily?

Like Forti Flax was excellent in helping stabilize some moods in our

house.

You may even need lithium when chelating. we had to use it off and on

for my daughter due to mood problems after rounds. She no longer needs

it but it was very helpful. We used 5mg lithium orotate. Taken when

needed.

Also working on adrenals/thyroid if there are issues there is huge for

moods.
