Guest guest
Cara, Not Dave here, but what we often tell people is that if you are having mood related problems, you can try small amounts of supplemental lithium. At some point in your recovery after you have gotten into chelation, these things will get better and you won't need the supplement. However, you have amalgams so you can't chelate yet and need to manage symptoms. Have you tried essential fatty acids daily? Like Forti Flax was excellent in helping stabilize some moods in our house. You may even need lithium when chelating. we had to use it off and on for my daughter due to mood problems after rounds. She no longer needs it but it was very helpful. We used 5mg lithium orotate. Taken when needed. Also working on adrenals/thyroid if there are issues there is huge for moods. > > > > > > Hi Dave, > > Yes, undetectable Lithium is an indicator on its own. > > In fact it is far, far more common than both, or just high Ca. > > If you have a look at all the hair tests, you'll see it comes up very often. > > Another reason why mercury toxic people are so emotionally unstable. > > No lithium, means no mood modulation. > > DeanSA > > > Hi Dean, > Would you recommend someone who had low lithium supplement?
