Guest guest
I was just reading in AI today thar Citrate, which is a mild chelator, can help people with brain fog and " reactions. " He says this citrate is a negative ion you need with your magnesium/Calcium, and it is the active ingred. in Alka Selzer Gold. Citrate, as in any vitamin/mineral that says manesium citrate, or calcium citrate, etc. Personally, I'm eager to try it for my brain fog and frequent accidental sulfur food reactions, when I accidentally eat somethinf someone else made that contains a hidden sulfur food. I bet that could help! > > I am on my second day of 5mg of DMSA every 3 hours. I am taking the > required supplements. Today, I feel alot of brain fog and just a > feeling of disconnection. Guest guest
Not yet. I plan to get it today. I just noticed the remarks on it in AI last night, and after all my struggles with brain fog induced by food reactions and hypoadrenal crashes, I am determined to try it and see if it helps. Everything else Andy's said in his book (that I've tried) has been right on the money so far, so I bet this will, too. Once I use it, I'll try to remember to place a comment on whether I have a good experience with it. > > > > > > I am on my second day of 5mg of DMSA every 3 hours.
