I've used it with benefit but then it also made me really anxious and irritable. I know I've said it alot but hormones, hormones..I've read where inadequate amounts of T3 in the thyroid can affect attention. Since I've been using pregnenolone and progesterone I've had some good days. I hope that once I can get sleep normalized by lowering nighttime cortisol levels and get my temps up with Armour I will be even better. Also, I'm learning to manage my stress levels better which helps. I threatened to quit my current job - without another one - because my boss was being unreasonable/difficult. Been there done that - never again. Anyway, she has backed off and my stress and health is improved as a result. Life stressors do play a role here and we need to not let others take advantage of us. Just throwing out alternatives..
