Actually, we love it here when people clog up our email boxes with

positive things. :) Please don't hesitate to post reports of

improvement.

, there are some success stories in the files and links

section. We haven't had time to find many that are hidden in

archives, and to keep the files up to date with reports that have come

in. There is also a file created by Moria, the " love letters " that

contain many chelation reports, mostly from parents of chelating kids,

but there are some adult reports there as well.

chelation. I've been reading the posts now for a while. I have to

admit it is a little scary to see the posts about the strange side

effects that come from chelation. I was wondering if people could

send me some of the successes they've had with chelation (to ease my

mind some). You can email them directly to me daff0dil77@... so we

don't clog up everyone's email boxes. I was just wanting a little

more encouragement.

is. This is quite remarkable - I'm glad that being on chelation

round seems to be helping.

I'm wondering if you've experimented with either magnesium and/or a

whole electrolyte mix to see how it might effect your fibro? If you

have, or if you do in the future, can you let us know? I'm curious to

hear what happens. It worked for me but, I didn't try it until I had

been chelating for about 2 years.

Dave.

Me too thanks Dave, its such a relief to be out and not worry which

direction that noise is coming from.

i take the amount of magnesium recommended in " children with starving

brains " which is around 500mg to 1000mg calcium (or the other way

around). i have found taking zinc away from these tablets helps as

well.

Donna. Andy has given his formula here:

http://onibasu.com/archives/amc/26404.html

Check out pedialyte, uncolored gatorade, or make it yourself

replacement recipes like 1 tbsp each epsom salts and table salt, 1/4

tsp potassium chloride (dark blue canister salt substitute) and 1/2

tsp baking soda in 2 qts water to drink throughout the day. Add

anything reasonable for taste and flavoring.

Since I have high sulfate and seem to need more calcium than magnesium,

I use:

2tsp calcium ascorbate

1/2 to 1 tsp table salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp potassium salt

all in a mix if 3/4 quart water + 1/4 quart of juice. The juice is

necessary not just for taste, but to adjust the osmolality so that you

don't get stomach upset.

The calcium ascorbate can be magnesium ascorbate instead - and you can

use less, but I need a great deal of vitamin C.

Dave.

Dave, I'm curious since I have fibro: what kind of electrolyte mix? I

know I can't drink Pedialyte; it makes me gag and want to barf :(
