Guest guest
Hi - I'll take a quick stab at answering your question. As far as I know and was able to find with a very quick Google check, B-5 (pantothenic acid) is more involved with adrenal health than liver detox, though it is certainly necessary there too, just not as critical as adrenal need. If your Phase I liver detox is too fast (as is mine) you might try some of the stuff recommended to slow it down. I've had good help in that area eating grapefruit every day, though eating too much of that starts to put a strain on Phase II for me (I believe grapefruit is also moderately high in salicylates). Another thing I take is niacinamide, which is also supposed to slow down Phase I. There are other things to slow down Phase I but I don't remember what they are. Anyway, just some thoughts. . . The main question is in the very last line. [. . .] Would taking B-5 help me metabolize my HC more slowly?
