Guest guest
Just wanted to share my experience. I have been on a low to no sulfur diet for over 3 weeks now. I am blown away by the symptom reduction this has given me. I was having constant muscle twitches all over my body all_the_time. Since going low sulfur they have reduce at least 75%, some days I don't notice any. A number of other symptoms have improved as well. I am wondering if the relief is because of a reduction in redistribution due to the weak chealting action of the thiols in sulfur foods or because of a high Cysteine level issue, or maybe both? Guess it doesn't matter as long as I keep on the diet but I am sort of curious if someone could develop high Cyeteine status, and therefor a problem with sulfur foods, for reasons not related to mercury? In any case, for me, this has been a godsend but also a curse as I loves eggs and cheese and leafy greens! I hope that after chelation I will once again be able to wade back in to the world of sulfury food goodness.
