>thanks dave. i don't know if this is the right way to reply because its

all new to me.

>i had all my amalgams taken out 4mnths ago by a mercury free dentist

but i don't know how safely he used iv vit c

Vitamin C is fine. If he added any sulfur (NAC, glutathione, or any chelator)

then that would have been dangerous. If you ever have to do this again, make

sure to be clear what is in the IV.

>nose mask, special

drillbit, and high suction evacuator, but no rubber dam or clean up tip

when i asked why not he said because he was removing bridges he

couldn't use either.and he was a member of iaomt.

>I think he was wrong as i have been a bit worse since then.

While he may have been able to do better, _some_ exposure is inevitable when

removal is done.

>I still

have a bridge at the front of my mouth and think maybe there is

mercury under there although they say it is highly unlikely but i

must be sure.

Yes, that's critical.

>my problems started 1 1/2 years ago my dentist removed a load of

fillings to fit bridges and i didn't realize it was dangerous, the

last time i actually swallowed a load of mercury before i had chance

to spit and this made me think about poisoning.

>about 6 weeks later i started to feel ill. that was a year ago my

symptons are now insomnia, weakness in limbs also all muscle groups

tremble when moving them.feelings of unreality, spaced out head, some

anxiety, and not being able to relax feeling uneasy.

This is consistent with mercury intoxication.

>I have been using

a chelator called humet r once a day and know having read andy's

protocol think maybe i have been doing more harm.

It's also possible that it didn't do anything at all. That would be the most

optimistic possibility. As you know now, you have to be very careful

approaching chelators.

>I am so desperate to start getting started chelating but am finding

all the information difficult to cope with.

Ok, just be a bit patient. Spend some time on the list and spend some time

reading. It will begin to get clear, you'll be surprised.

>In England it is almost impossible to find a DR who would be able to

manage the protocol as most of them are in denial about

mercury. Hopefully with the groups help i can get started,it just

seems like such a lot to cope with even if i was feeling ok

>best wishes dudley

Ok, you can get started with a few things. First, you can begin with the basic

supplements that you will need. Secondly, you should get yourself a hair test

from DirectLabs.Com. You want the " Hair Elements " test, _not_ the " Toxic Hair

Elements " test. Third, you can try a " sulfur exclusion diet " (search on

onibasu.com for that) to work out if you are low or high sulfur. Finally, get

that bridge checked.

That will take you some time, and should help you feel a little better. Once

you get that bridge checked, then you can begin to think about chelation.

Dave.

------------------

Basic Supplements

------------------

B50 or B100 once or twice /d

Buffered C, 4g/d

Mg, 100mg 4x/d and increase to 200 in a few weeks

Avoid the oxide form, it's not absorbable.

Magnesium citrate, malate, aspartate, or amino acid chelate are best.

Mg Supps is done by taking 100-200mg (adult) with each meal and possibly at

bedtime. The amount used is adjusted to the max level that is not laxative.

Ca should also be given so the ratio of Ca to Mg intake from all sources

(food & pills) is somewhere between 1:2 and 2:1.

Vit E, 400-1000IU/d

CoQ10, 75-200mg/d

Zinc, 20mg + 1mg/lb

Flax Oil, 10+g/d (1-2 tbsp) or CLO (1/2 - 1 tbsp)

Borage oil, 1+g/d (1-2 tsp)

Milk thistle, 1-2 cap/meal

Folic acid, 400-800mcg/d

Make sure any selenium is in some form like selenomethionine or selenium yeast.

AIp. 162: 50-300mcg a day total.

Try Lecithin, Choline & B12 to see how you respond.
