Guest guest
Have you tried molybdenum yet? That is useful for lowering copper and one does not need to be cautious with it. > > It was mentioned to take manganese for copper overload. This one > thing I have not tried is manganese. Guest guest
> > I am asking about Manganese not molybdenum..... > > I am taking molybdenum too. > > 30 mg of manganese too much? > In Hair Test Interpretation, Andy states that 5-15 mg manganese per day will usually resolve a deficiency if you have one. Some sources do state that manganese helps to reduce copper. Andy does not support this idea as far as I know. However, it is possible to be deficient in manganese. I think it's worth a try. If you don't notice any benefits after a month or two, I would drop it. If you have any problems, then I would say drop it immediately. --
