Have you tried molybdenum yet? That is useful for lowering copper and

one does not need to be cautious with it.

In Hair Test Interpretation, Andy states that 5-15 mg manganese per

day will usually resolve a deficiency if you have one.

Some sources do state that manganese helps to reduce copper. Andy

does not support this idea as far as I know. However, it is possible

to be deficient in manganese. I think it's worth a try. If you

don't notice any benefits after a month or two, I would drop it.

If you have any problems, then I would say drop it immediately.
