What we need is similar to what you posted (I copied that below). The test result needs to be separated from the normal range with some spaces to make it easier to read. The most important part is that we need the colors (all elements) and whether the result is above or below the mid point (essential elements). I will revise the file with an example to make it easier to understand. There is an example at the bottom of Moria's " How to Hair Test " page. (from For the toxic elements follow this header: " element result ref range color " Toxic Elements: Aluminum 3.3 <7.0 Antimony 0.010 < 0.050 Arsenic 0.059 < 0.060 Beryllium <0.01 < 0.020 Bismuth 0.018 < 2.0 Cadmium 0.017 < 0.10 Lead .44 < 1.0 Mercury 0.38 < 1.1 Platinum <0.003 < 0.005 Thallium < 0.001 < 0.010 Thorium < 0.001 < 0.005 Uranium 0.13 < 0.060 Nickel 0.17 < 0.40 Silver 5.7 < 0.15 Tin 0.18 <0.30 Titanium 0.38 < 1.0 () for the essential elements follow this header: " element result ref range color under/over 50% " Essential Elements: Calcium 1160 300 - 1200 Magnesium 150 35 - 120 Sodium 71 12 - 90 Potassium 21 8 - 38 Copper 11 12 - 35 Zinc 290 140 - 220 Manganese 0.15 0.15 - 0.65 Chromium 0.33 0.20 - 0.40 Vanadium 0.20 0.018 - 0.065 Molybdenum 0.018 0.028 - 0.056 Boron 0.15 0.30 - 2.0 Iodine 0.13 0.25 - 1.3 Lithium 0.006 0.007 - 0.023 Phosporus 124 160 - 250 Selenium 1.4 0.95 - 1.7 Strontium 1.6 0.50 - 7.6 Sulfur 46,800 44,500 - 52,000 Barium 0.38 0.26 - 3.0 Cobalt 0.012 0.013 - 0.050 Iron 7.1 5.4 - 14 Germanium 0.036 0.045 - 0.065 Rubidium 0.018 0.007 - 0.096 Zirconium 0.16 0.020 - 0.42 > > My first hair test **Please find the how to post hair test results in the files section** > > > ************************************************************* > Note from moderator: > Please see the file in the files section on how to post hair test results. The way this (and the previous one you were going by) are posted we don't have all of the information that we need. We need to know colors and whether the result was above or below the mid point. There is a template at the bottom of the file. It is easier to read a pdf, and instructions for sending them to Dean (SA) are also in the file. When you post again, be sure to include all of the information from this post. > Thanks > > ************************************************************** > > Hello, I'm posting my hair test results here, wasn't sure how to do this so am following what was recently posted. I think the most alarming thing I saw was the elevated uranium! Have no idea why, have none of the exposures listed in the test as possible sources, could it have been in those cheap black metal crowns I had on for about 25 years? Also Silver was completely off the chart, is that from the crowns? My minerals seem to be mostly high or low. Will type the list below. I would appreciate any input, insights, comments or anything from those more experienced, I know nothing about interpreting these tests. And thanks for your help! > . >
