Guest guest
Hi , I tried adding and removing sulfur foods and salicylates to deal with many of the same problems. I didn't see much in the way of changes. Taking Zyrtec anti-histimines definitely reduced many of my allergic symptoms. I saw huge and permanent improvement after eliminating foods which I was allergic to on an 125 IgG food assay. Before I had pre-diabetes but afterwards my blood sugar fell 20 points. My digestion improved dramatically. I lost ten pounds of fat from my belly, returning to my normal healthy weight. All my allergic symptoms diminished. I was able to tolerate higher doses of chelator. Good luck, Dave --- richard_furr2000 wrote: > In the last couple of months I have been > supplementing with betaine > HCL since I was barely producing any stomach acid > and absorbing any > protein/fat.
