Guest guest
Sheila. Ok there are a couple of errors in the original posting of your hair test (see below). Here is my take on it, assuming I understood what you really meant: 5 + 1 borderline outside green zone. 6 high + 3 borderline 2 red + Co close Al mildly elevated. Li red under ==> could try some lithium orotate or aspartate. Not quite normal, similar to an all low pattern, but not a counting rule. Also, the typical Li low, Al high. The following suggestions could help. To go further with diagnosis, you would have to go with symptoms.... Do you want to report what they are? Na/Mg = .22 very low, adrenaline too low. ==> The following can improve mood & energy: Tyrosine, Phenylalanine (red meat, ie mammals) Methyl donors = TMG (.5-2g early in day), + folic acid (.4-1.2mg, 4x/d) & + B12 (several mg/d); (Careful - Too much methl donors can cause anger, aggression and lack of motivation.) B6 (see below on B6) Ca & Mg vs Na & K pattern a little stressed, but does not look too bad. Na/K ok K/Ca .015, low. ==> consider testing thyroid. Here is the deal on B6: B6 does not agree with everyone. Adult: 100-250mg with meals and at bed-time (3-4x/day). If it works, worth experimenting with amounts. If not, don't jack it up. If > 500mg 4x/day can get tingling & numbness in hands & feet. If happens, stop and it will cease in a few days. Adjust for children, assuming avg adult weight 135lb. ------------------ Posted by: " thedyes " threebabygirs@... thedyes Sat Jun 7, 2008 7:03 pm (PDT) I posted it awhile back. See message #21184. I emailed a document to the group but I do not have it save in a Pdf file. Just wordpad. Thanks Sheila ------------- http://onibasu.com/archives/fdc/21184.html I am not sure if I am mercury toxic.
