This feels promising because of the bipolar connection and the OCD stuff, which I haven't had this summer but do get when I get toxic sometimes. And I've been craving Grape Nuts like nobody's business the last few weeks -- cereals in general, but especially Grape Nuts. Is choline a good thing to take with it? I also can't eat high calcium foods, dairy etc... I'm wondering if the inositol would help with that since it has to do with cell membrane integrity. I know that when the cell membrane is compromised, calcium tends to flood in and magnesium gets kicked out. Anyone have any experience with it helping them on the mood front?
