Not as labeled and normal is what works for you. Some people need one

cap, some need three, some need way more. I have heard some needing

6-8 a day. We also dose through the day rather than taking all at

once. The most we have used here is 5 a day at times. But

again..depends on what your body needs and at what amount you feel

well on.

I take three a day, individually, my dd takes 2 am and 1 pm, my ds

takes 1/4 cap in the am. At times my dd has had to take 2 three times

a day.
