How did those rounds go? Did you have side effects on round? at the

end of rounds? Were the side effects too difficult to manage?

I decided to take a

Possibly adrenal insufficiency.

Are you taking probiotics? Andy recommends using lots more that what

is normally recommended. I use several different strains from

different companies, plus SCD yogurt that I make myself. I have even

used probiotic suppositories. You will need lots of probiotics to

populate your gut with beneficial organisms.

Glutamine feeds the beneficial organisms and helps to repair the cells

lining the gut.

Omega 3 oils, vitamin D, Mg, are also needed for repair.

That's what they all say.

That's because 99% of practitioners use DMSA improperly. When used

according to Andy's protocol it will not aggravate yeast nearly as

much as with the improper DMSA use.

A reaction to a homeopathic remedy means that you have the right

remedy but the wrong dose (it's called a proving). If he didn't

change the dose for you, he doesn't understand how to use homeopathy

properly.

Yes, acupuncture can be beneficial.

Right.

Keep the DMSA dose low, use recommendations from Andy's neutrophils

and yeast file.

You could also try low dose ALA if it has been 3 months since amalgam

removal or exposure.

> Do you have any suggestions for me? Do you think it's OK to try the

Yes. Most people are chelating and treating yeast at the same time.

(From your testing you don't really know that yeast is a big problem,

it could be mainly bacterial dysbiosis, plus the other things that did

show up on the test)

I can only do a small dose

Continue chelating with small doses.

which now I'm not sure whether they are yeast

Because of your low weight and limitation to 5 foods you need to heal

your gut and work on finding a diet that will provide the nutrients

that you need. You could start with broths made from meaty bones, a

small amount of acid (like lemon juice, vinegar or tomato), and

vegetables. A couple of days on a broth diet plus essential

supplements should heal the cells lining the gut. Add cooked meats

and cooked vegetables, like carrot, squash, as you can tolerate them.

Try making SCD yogurt.

An IgG IgE food panel would be beneficial to find some foods that you

can eat.

Ensure that you are taking the supplements that Andy has on the

essential list, and work up to the dose that he recommends.

You will likely need adrenal support, possibly thyroid, and possibly

other hormones. There are lots of discussions in archives. A

starting point would be a 4x per day saliva test available through

canary club, and blood testing for free T3, free T4, thyroid

antibodies. Testing for other hormones (ask your doctor for a full

hormone panel) would be helpful.
