already have

There may be some things that could surprise you with this. Have you tried a

" sulfur exclusion diet " ? If not, search on that on the onibasu.com search

engine. Most info is on the Autism-Mercury list.

>av amalgams removed, cant afford this, i only av three in bak teeth,

cud i just have the tooth pulled? or is that a stupid idea

Depending on your health issues, it might not be. On the other hand, it will

definitely lead to other problems.

Some people go to Mexico for cheaper dental work. You can stay in the youth

hostel in San Diego and get the train over for a couple of bucks.

If it's really only 3, it may not be that expensive, depending on whether you

can get away with just doing composit, or if you need some kind of inlay/onlay.

2/ hair elements analysis test (in uk but think i wil stil use DDI

LAB) Send in for help analysing mineral transport system.

Yes. Go to DirectLabs.Com and make sure to get the " Hair Elements " test, _not_

the " Toxic Hair elements " test. When you get the results back, you can post to

the files section of this list, or send to Dean and he will post on his site:

http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/hairtest.html

3/ check adrenals and thyroid with hair elements analysis

*i av no symptoms of A or T disease, though i did 4yrs ago before

going very low carb and now raw paleo diet)

*measure temperatures

4/ as those chronically poisoined, like in brain (which is where i

think i have it) wont always show on hair analysis, shud do an

experimental dose of DMSA and then measure for mercury (hair/urine?)

Absolutely _not_. With amalgams in your mouth, this can make you much worse.

You do the hair test. That has a good chance of elucidating what is going on,

by showing you if you have any kind of systemic disorder in your essential

elemants.

>any additions? missed anything?

>is it better to do this protocol after pregnancy or can it be done

during, didnt see any info regarding that in andies book

If you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, then _don't do anything_ about

removal of amalgam and chelation, unless you are willing to wait 18 months

after the amalgams have been removed and chelation has stopped.

>thanx joanne

In the mean time, you can begin to work on basic supplements:

B50 or B100 once or twice /d

Buffered C, 4g/d

Mg, 100mg 4x/d and increase to 200 in a few weeks

Avoid the oxide form, it's not absorbable.

Magnesium citrate, malate, aspartate, or amino acid chelate are best.

Mg Supps is done by taking 100-200mg (adult) with each meal and possibly at

bedtime. The amount used is adjusted to the max level that is not laxative.

Ca should also be given so the ratio of Ca to Mg intake from all sources

(food & pills) is somewhere between 1:2 and 2:1.

Vit E, 400-1000IU/d

CoQ10, 75-200mg/d

Zinc, 20mg + 1mg/lb

Flax Oil, 10+g/d (1-2 tbsp) or CLO (1/2 - 1 tbsp)

Borage oil, 1+g/d (1-2 tsp)

Milk thistle, 1-2 cap/meal

Folic acid, 400-800mcg/d

Make sure any selenium is in some form like selenomethionine or selenium yeast.

AIp. 162: 50-300mcg a day total.

Try Lecithin, Choline & B12 to see how you respond.

Dave.
