Guest guest
Hi Nanci, Thanks for your helpful reply. I actually feel considerably better today, almost back to normal. The last two days when I got depressed, it was unexpected, so I got scared. But I do think being on round had something to do with it. It seems whenever I'm on round, I feel a little differently... more lethargy, more need to take naps, and now, perhaps some mood issues will crop up. I've only just started chelating about two weeks ago, so am just " feeling my way around " right now. I know there will be up's and down's in the long road that is chelation, but that's ok if you know what to expect, and know there's light at the end of the tunnel. I'm on some pretty good supplements now for mood/brain health, and will continue on them, and look into some more things as well (eg. phosphatydylserine? L-carnitine?, etc) BTW, if anyone has any ideas as to how chelation can cause depression, pls let me know. I know chelation recirculates metals in the body, but if DMPS doesn't allow them through the BBB, how does one get depressed? (or CAN they get through the BBB?) I guess there's some other means, but am curious to know how. Suzanne > > -Hi Petshopgirl.. > > I had a similar thing happen. I had beat depression about 6 > years ago.. Guest guest
Cortisol levels can be a very big factor in depression. If the adrenals are suppressed, you can get really depressed. Horribly depressed. Getting on HC took care of that divinely for me. In " the depression post, " Andy does mention this. > > Hi Nanci, > > Thanks for your helpful reply. > > I actually feel considerably better today, almost back to normal. > The last two days when I got depressed, it was unexpected, so I got > scared. > > But I do think being on round had something to do with it.
