Guest guest
Hi , I'm supplementing with individual B's as well. I don't know what it's about but I don't tolerate B1 - for a while if I had any at all my sweat would stink of it. I had to make a point of checking ingredients lists for the added thiamine so I could avoid it. I learnt that if an individual B smells good to you then it's because your body needs it. If it smells bad or you have an aversion to it then it's best to avoid it. A bit like the taste test you can do for Zinc. If you can't taste it you are deficient and If you have too much it will taste foul. B3, B5 and B6 are the basic adrenal supporters which I take because I'm in Australia and the adrenal hormones aren't easily available here. Will be interested if anyone can work out what it is about the B1 - the only thing I've connected so far is that Lead might have something to do with it. Gail.
