When I was pregnant, carrying the groceries home (about 15

minutes) was too hard, so I got out an old luggage trolley

thing and strapped a cardboard box to it. It worked a

treat, though I'm sure it looked quite stupid. Saved my

arms, legs, and back, thoguh :)
