>Thanks Dave!

>Could you tell me what these abbreviations you used mean:

>MCS

Multiple Chemical Sensitivity.

>TMG

Tri-Methyl-Glyceine. (The whole methylation support is in one supplement by

Jarrow called " Homocysteine support " .

>NB

Note Benne.

>Also, I currently take, and seem to tolerate B6, B5 and niacinamide. At this

point, I don't tolerate any B-complex combo at all, mostly to do with a strong

intolerance for B1 (extreme agitation when I take any B1. I get the willies

just from smelling it too).

Interesting. I don't know why this would be, though we just had discussion

here that B1 increases the sensitivity of some acetylcholine receptors (M1

muscarinic ACh receptors). Are you taking any ACh precursors by any chance?

Lecithin, choline, DMAE? Do you eat eggs? I think beans might also be a

source of choline precursors (?) If so, try cutting these, and then try taking

B1 again.

>I'm going to try B12 again. I " ve always ended up vaguely repelled by it and

have stopped taking it when I've tried it in the past. Anyway, as I work with

the b's, is there a risk of creating some imbalance by supplementing some and

not others? Does the intolerance for B1 suggest anything about my state? I

seem to remember something about that somewhere in Andy's book or on these

sites. I'll look around , but if anyone seeing this has an idea I'd love to

hear about it.

>One more question: When you say that my Ca/Mg is low, does that mean I

should up my Calcium supplementation above the 1:2,2:1 range above my Magnesium

supplementation? Or are those numbers more of an indication about my blood

sugar and not so literally about how I should organize my supplementation?

Right. There is some regulation of what is going on in the cell that's a

problem. It's unlikely that your diet is the issue. It means you should try a

low glycemic index diet & consider chromium, vanadium and bilberry.

>Does that make sense?

>Thanks Dave and anyone who may see this and have any thoughts! Those of you

who are a little further on the path and sharing your experiences and info are

so appreciated by me, struggling around pretty early in my chelation process.

>In Thanks,

>
