I'm glad you were fortunate enough to have what it takes to do it. ;)

It's certainly the best way to sort out reactive foods.

Five days on

With caring for my family and living in constant pain, I haven't been

able to cope with much in the way of extras. Mercury has also

affected my brain, which would make an elimination diet difficult for

me to organize. And, the person in the family who needed to sort out

food allergies was my daughter - I would have had the difficult task

of dictating what she could eat when. The test was well worth the

money (for us).

I had already
