Guest guest
What ways are there for decreasing our copper intake? I've heard that taking zinc and molybdenum helps. I wonder if there are other tips. I suspect I may have copper excess in my body, as I have zinc deficiency symptoms. I don't know how ALA affects my copper excretion (I believe Andy says in AI it can either increase or decrease it) but I would like to reduce copper intake. My tap water probably has tons of copper in it (copper pipes, and there's even substantial electric current flowing through my water main, believe it or not). I don't drink the tap water but I do shower in it. I wonder if that could be a problem. > > I plan to take as many days off ALA as on because I've had apparent > copper toxicity. >
