Personally speaking, the problem I find is that it is next to humanly

impossible for me to follow " the diet " .

The easiest time I had in following a candida diet was when I used

CANSOL. My carb cravings were definitely reduced when I used it.

However, I did not feel hardly any relief in the recommended time and

so I did it twice as long...until finally, the cravings were strong,

the diet slowly waned and I sort of gave up and was back to square

one. All I can report is that I lost a few pounds. I do try to eat

healthy, but just couldn't' do the diet for any duration because I am

misearable on it...and it is supposed to be somewhat of a lifetime

sentence, I believe. (Not that there is any thing wrong with

it......it is just so impossible when the cravings never go away.)

I have done quite a bit of searching, and I ordered some THREE LAC.

I have read both positive and negative, but mostly positive. Just

GOOGLE away and you will come up with all sorts of stuff....

The negative item is that it contains Enterococcus Faecalis

(feces???...I thought feces was the sum total of a host of different

bacteria and unsoluable fiber) as one of the three active ingredients,

which has considerable controversy and has been outlawed in some

countries. I am not certain that the scare about it is

accurate......I just don't know. What I DO see, is

mudslinging....and where there is mudslinging, I think it is

usually because somebody has something good, and it poses a threat.

I do think THREE LAC might be overpriced.....but we will pay for

something that works, eh?

If anybody else has something to report or share about THREE LAC, I

am all ears.
