Guest guest
The only brand I have used is Thorne, and it is Molybdenum *Picolinate*. I don't recall any talk about what form is better absorbed, but you could try searching archives. The problem with searching archives for something that is on a hair test, is that it pulls up every hair test Andy has ever commented on, when it was done in the old type it out format. But Thorne was the brand recommended to me way back when, probably by TK, and maybe just because it had 1000mcg capsules, which Andy recommended that dose, especially for low sulfate people, like me.---------Jackie In frequent-dose-chelation nanciwell wrote: I am wondering if there is that much difference in the chelate form of molybdenum.???. Laboratories they chelate it with citrate, fumarate, malate, glutarate and succinate complex.. Carlson brand is chelated with glycinate I know for magnesium citrate chelate is better absorbed.. nanci
