Mopping Up Mercury?

Hi,

I'm still waiting for Andy's book to arrive so forgive me for asking

dumb questions!

I have 7 silver amalgams still in and recently a pc of one broke off

and I swallowed it and last week hada HORRIBLE experience at the

dentist where they drilled out the rest of the filling (no dam) and

now I am quite ill.

Is there anything I can take NOW to help mop up some of the mercury

that is likely swirling around in my gut etc?
