Phil's amazing swelling feet

Phil is taking diuretics now but his feet and ankles are quite swollen as

they gave him IV fluids the ENTIRE time he was in the hospital even though he

had normal urination and other signs of sufficent hydration. His feet are up

but any other ideas?
