This is the list that I have on my computer: Supplemental Iron may alleviate Restless Legs Syndrome (by restoring endogenous Ferritin levels to normal). Magnesium may alleviate Restless Legs Syndrome. Folic Acid (in dosages of up to 5 mg per day) may alleviate the Mixed Sensorimotor form. The Nicotinic Acid form of Vitamin B3 may be useful (I think this might be because of the flushing effect which improves circulation)Vitamin E (200 - 400 IU per day) may alleviate Restless Legs Syndrome. Grape Seeds (extract) may alleviate Restless Legs Syndrome. Gail.
