People don't fine tune the timing of doseage other than to take ALA less then 3 hours - like 2.5 hours. At night because our metabolism slows down a bit we can take ALA every 4 hours but that is the outside limit. for DMPS you can do 8 hours. Some people find they feel better when they take DMPS every 6 hours. You need to take the chelation agent frequently- at the half life so that there is always chelating agents in the blood stream, otherwise the mercury starts to settle and create symptoms and damage. I can't speak to the doseage with expertise, can. It seems high to me. I started at 6 mg of DMSA and I am an adult. Please read the files notes.
