Guest guest
Hi, Does anyone have experience with a hops supplement? (The one I took is called MetalloClear, from Metagenics.) It contains 2645mg hops and reduced iso-alpha-acids (from hops), 158mg turmeric, and 150mg andrographis (aerial part extract), which I took twice daily for a month. I felt worse when I stopped taking it. (I didn't find anything on hops in the onibasu archives.) I've included an earlier post below on my symptoms in case they're relevant. Thanks, Ray Tests to ask for, and zinc relationship to symptoms > Hi, > > In a week I'll be seeing my integrative-medicine doctor again.
