hi,

I have just been reading that killing off yeast, gives die off which

can cause more toxins to be released into the body. I have been told

that i have candida, but am not aware of any symptoms from it,would i

be better not to treat it at the moment.

Also with re to taking probiotics could this also cause problems,

because how would you know which ones were needed. I have seen this

nutrisionist and she wants to treat the yeast, and has done a vega test,

(which i and other people on this list have doubts about) from this she

has said that i need to have more bile support(what symptoms would you

have if you were low on bile)and to take Lactobacillus GG probiotics

any thoughts anyone, Dudley.
