I had good success with maca and never had a bad reaction. Really

perked up my libido a treat. I remember reading it does different

things if its cooked and if its raw. When I use it in cooking I

always get my libido rising 12-24 hours later. I have a cookie recipy

that is excellent. Good stuff, I eat it regular in small doses. Full

of minerals too.

teaspoonfuls (I remember I dropped some & included this) but I

thought it was something like foodstuffs which could not hurt. I

still 2 days later feel knackered & my mercury symptoms are much

worse than they have been for a couple of years - numb bit on top of

my head coming & going, sometimes painful there, & general fuzziness

& heady & I still feel washed out & I have come out in spots on the

top of my chest which I guess just shows that I am out of sorts. My

sleep is also disturbed & I although not still wired up & feel that I

cannot cope with any tensions.
